Dr Natarajan is requesting additional tests which must be done In Nashville. I don’t understand the type tests ordered. I don’t know if my Insurance will pay for it.

Except for the wait time, this was a pleasant experience. I GREATLY appreciate the scheduling department's promptness in scheduling a lumbar puncture. I received a call from the scheduler moments after returning home from my appointment. She asked me for my preferences and called me the day after to inform me of my appointment date/time.
My previous experiences have not been pleasant. I had to wait months (yes, months) to get scheduled for a lumbar puncture after it being ordered by Dr. Natarajan. This is a tremendous improvement. Please keep up the great work.
