Except for the wait time, this was a pleasant experience. I GREATLY appreciate the scheduling department's promptness in scheduling a lumbar puncture. I received a call from the scheduler moments after returning home from my appointment. She asked me for my preferences and called me the day after to inform me of my appointment date/time.
My previous experiences have not been pleasant. I had to wait months (yes, months) to get scheduled for a lumbar puncture after it being ordered by Dr. Natarajan. This is a tremendous improvement. Please keep up the great work.

Dr. Natarajan sat down and talked with us about Cedric this time. He is usually real quick and out of the room in no time. So I appreciate him talking with us and listening to us. That's a plus for him!!! He is a very good neurologist. We've had him for our son for about 8 years.
