Not sure what happened yesterday. It was my 2nd visit but all it was was a repeat of the first. I was even about to be scheduled for an EMG when I already had one. I hope I’m not being charged because it was a complete waste of time.

Dr Natarajan is very attentive and knowleable however the front personnel is a different story. When there was a delay in seeing the doctor no one from the front informed any of the patients the doctors was running behind and it w/b a little wait. No communication "just wait".

Yes, Dr Natarajan reviewed and acknowledged my medical records carefully. He prioritized what I need to focus on first, my neck and my eyes. He also asked if I would like to get a second opinion regarding my cervical spondylosis to help me make a good decision regarding having surgery. He referred me to another surgeon for review. I forgot to let Dr Natarajan know about some memory/cognitive issues I’ve been having. I have been forgetting to turn the car off and take the keys out and trying to get out of the car while it is still running. About a month ago I had my dog in the car while running into the grocery store. I tried to lock the doors but they wouldn’t lock. I opened the car door and noticed that the car was still running and the keys were still in the ignition. I have accidentally done this a couple of times but now I remember this incident and am double checking if I took the keys out of the ignition when I get out of the car. I am also still having issues with my memory. I have been driving my friends 5-speed car at times and several times while I’m driving on the highway I go into a panic and forget how to use the pedals where my feet are and where they’re supposed to be on the pedals. I am still having some memory and cognitive issues. I had forgotten to mention those to Dr Natarajan at my appointment. I also forgot to talk to him about my applying for long term disability through medtronic and social security, to be clear about his help with that. Could this review be reviewed by Dr Natarajan please? And added to my office visit notes please? Dr Natarajan was very kind and caring as always! He told me to be careful very kindly. I really appreciate his care! Thank you so much Dr Natarajan!! Denise Campbell

I was left in exam room for over an hour and a half, I was about to go check to see why the doctor had not been in to see me when the triage nurse came in and said we’re going to get you checked out, and that’s when I told her that the doctor had not been in to see me. So I waited another ten minutes, no one came in so I was furious and ready to leave so I went to the front desk and told them to check me out and then a staff member tried to tell me that they had not forgotten me, but did. So a nurse finally came in and asked questions and did an exam. Then another ten to fifteen minutes had passed and the doctor still had not came into see me. So as I was leaving which was almost six pm, the doctor came out and said come let me see you. And they all kept trying to tell me that I was not forgotten about. But I was !!! The doctor had began doing his teledoc calls. I was the only patient in the office and I had been there since 3 PM. I was very disappointed and displeased with the way I was treated on yesterday. And then they tried to make me feel as though I was stupid. They should have admitted that they just forgot that I was there instead of lying to me because that really made me angry. So no I didn’t have a good experience and the staff was very unprofessional and cold. No customer service at all, no empathy for me whatsoever.
