About Dr. Natarajan

Shiva Natarajan, MD, is an experienced board-certified physician specializing in neurology and psychiatry. He currently treats adults and children at Memphis Neurology, with two convenient locations in Germantown, Tennessee, and Southaven, Mississippi. 

Dr. Natarajan received his medical degree at Nil Ratan Sircar Medical College in Kolkata, India. He then moved to the United States and completed his pediatric residency and neurology fellowship at the University of Pittsburgh in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. ​

After completing his professional training, Dr. Natarajan founded Memphis Neurology in 1999. At Memphis Neurology, he aims to establish professional relationships with all of his patients, provide high-quality care, and develop personalized treatment plans that are designed to deliver long-lasting results. His areas of interest include epilepsy, migraines, electroencephalography (EEG), and Botox®.

Dr. Natarajan is certified by the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology. He’s affiliated with Baptist Memorial Hospital-Desoto in Southaven and Methodist Le Bonheur Germantown Hospital in Germantown.
