I was very pleased with my first visit with Dr. Natarajan. He did not rush through the appointment, even though they were very busy. I left confident that my neck and spine issues are going to be taken care of. Dr. Natarajan is a kind and knowledgeable doctor. The office staff were very caring and polite.

The staff was very professional and friendly. Dr. Natarajan explained everything clearly. He was very patient, wanting me to understand my issues and assuring me that he would give me the best care possible. I went in nervous and anxious. I left feeling that I was in good hands.

Appointments was for 8:40. Nurse practitioner came in & ask a lot of questions & took notes. Then she said she would get with Dr. & confer with him. About 20-30 minutes later they both come in with a third person. He ask nature of visit & she begins to read her notes. He stopped her & begin asking the very same questions to us. Over all it was a lot of waiting & wasted time when he could have easily taken care of the visit himself.
